To promote our " Heart Month" Chi-Chi Chapter plan to participate in the Go Red, Self-Care, and the 28day a Healthy Heart program. While we are still dealing with COVID Pandemic, economic crisis, and the turmoil in our nation, Chi Eta Phi will continue to uphold our motto of " Service for Humanity."

Heart Healthy
1. Eat a healthy diet
2. Physical activity
3. Control blood pressure/know your numbers
4. Stop smoking
5. Reduce stress
6. Get 7-8 hours of sleep when possible
