What We Offer

Sign-on bonus available up to $20,000 and Relocation up to $7,500!

• Schedule: Full-time (40 hours), 6:45am-3:15 pm, Monday-Friday. Five 8 hour shifts. Some call required, this will be discussed further during interview.
• Department: Women's Operating Room (OR)
• Location: Forsyth Medical Center, Winston-Salem, NC
• Unit Info: 4 OR's. The procedures are focused on Women's Health Operations. Some of the procedures consist of DNC's, operative labs, hysterectomy's, post-partum tubals, pelvic work etc. This is a wonderful close knit team.
• Requirements: Previous OR experience is required, C-section experience can be considered.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred. Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required. If your RN nursing license has been inactive, retired or lapsed for five years or more and you have not been licensed in another state during the last five years, successful completion of a Board approved refresher course is required prior to reactivating or reinstating your license. In order to be considered for current licensure status, you must apply for reinstatement within one year of completing the refresher course.
• Experience: One year relevant experience, preferred.
• Licensure/Certification: Current RN licensure in appropriate state, required.
